Ferhat Guven has over 25 years of institutional U.S. and international investment and capital raising experience in real estate and real assets. Ferhat was a partner and co-founder of Domain Real Asset Ventures, a subsidiary of Domain Capital Group, a real assets investment manager with over $8 billion of assets under management.  Ferhat's real estate career also includes senior roles with Rubenstein Partners, Jamestown, Paladin Realty Partners and UBS.  He holds an MSc in Management from the London Business School where he was a Sloan Fellow and a BA from Texas Tech University.  He is a founding board member of the Consortium and a serves on the Dean’s Circle Advisory Board for Texas Tech's College of Arts & Sciences.  He also holds Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
